New Feature: Hide Ticket Types on Event Pages

We are excited to add a new feature to WellAttended that let’s you to hide ticket types from your event pages. This has been a popular request, and we hope this improves your workflow.

So, why would you want to make ticket types not available for online sales?

Well, you may want to hide certain types of tickets that are only available over the phone or at the door or you could have ticket options that start or end on certain dates. Ticket types may include special group rates, student rush tickets, or pre-sale tickets.

How to Hide Ticket Types from Event Pages

Hiding your ticket types is simple. Head over to the event creation area of your dashboard and go to the ticket options area. Next to your ticket types, you will see a new button that says, “visible.” This means that your tickets are visible on your event page. When you click the button, it will turn black and say “hidden.” This means that the ticket type is hidden from your event page and can’t be purchased. You can make your ticket types visible and hidden at any time.

Your hidden ticket types will still be available in the New Order area of the dashboard. This means that you can still see and sell these hidden ticket types over the phone or at the door.
