No one likes giving refunds, but occasionally unforeseen situations occur when an event needs to be canceled or an attendee can’t make it to a show. Instead of asking us to issue a refund for you, we have added a simple way for you to refund your customers directly.
This new feature is located in the Reports > Orders area of your dashboard. A full refund is given per order which means that that if customers purchase tickets for multiple shows dates and times, all of the tickets associated with their order will be refunded.
The button to the left of the date and time shows the tickets that are associated with the customer’s order. The red refund button to the right refunds the full ticket price plus the processing fee.
There are no additional charges or hidden fees associated with refunds.
Once an order has been refunded, all tickets in your attendee list that were associated with that order will be highlighted in red and crossed out. The attendees will remain in your exportable CSV file.
