Kate Trammell explains how to write a hook-able resume for an arts career. She discusses the differences between a CV and a resume, how to tailor your resume for a specific job, how to list your accomplishments, and the best ways to format your document.

Kate is a New York City based events, career, and creative workshop educator, theatre artist, and educational theatre blogger. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre with an emphasis on Acting & Directing from Sam Houston State University. She has also trained in improvisation at the ColdTowne Theater in Austin, Texas.

While in Austin, she started working as a teaching artist in public schools and private workshops and as an arts administrator for non-profit organizations. She earned her Master’s degree in Educational Theatre from New York University.
